Welcome!

The purpose of this website is to connect with fibromyalgia, CRPS/RSD, depression, and other chronic pain sufferers and provide information on symptoms, causes, motivation, therapy, and blogs.

My hope is that I can share my story and information about my ailments by establishing a dialogue with others, and learning from them as to how they are coping with their frailties.

Podcasts will be coming in the near future, and will include but not be limited to; interviews, suggestions on motivation, nutrition and exercise, therapy, mental state, companionship and relaxation techniques.

I am an author and enjoy writing. I have not written since 2010 prior to my infirmities but suggest an easy read called "Damaged Goods." This book is about verbal abuse, its symptoms, its effects if not corrected, assessing the damage, finding closure, and rejuvenation. Verbal abuse causes stress, and additional pain for those of us that are already dealing with pain disorders.

You can find the book and purchasing information at the following website: www.damagedgoodshealing.com

I look forward to hearing from you and engaging in our shared experiences. Feel free to comment on anything that you read and let's get this Blog started.

Stay up, Stay Mobile & Stay Motivated!

Thank you!
