Various Sounds Dealing With Fibromyalgia, CRPS, Chronic Pain

Hello and Welcome to my blog. I was diagnosed with CRPS, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue in 2011. More information about me can be found in the About me section on this site. I ask that everyone read my blogs and provide a response. My goal is to establish a dialogue with fibromyalgia, CRPS, and other chronic pain sufferers, about symptoms, treatments, medications, therapy, holistic remedies, and other topics.

I have frequent flareups due to my CRPS and Fibromyalgia. I have discovered that various sounds that result from urgent matters exacerbate my flareups. For example it can be a baby crying as something is wrong, someone screams of pain from being hurt, or sirens from an ambulance. In these situations I know that someone is hurting and in my mind that transfers to pain. I try to help out any way that I can to provide some relief if possible to others, but if I cannot then my resolve is to help myself. Of course some people do not care about what I have to say or what I am dealing with, but the bottom line is sounds that deal with a sense of urgency do affect me and my pain levels.

If you are dealing with CRPS and fibromyalgia do urgent sounds, pleas, or signals for help affect you?
